What you can write to us about
- Corrections. If something in an article is wrong or out of date, send the article URL, the sentence in question and, if possible, a source. Confirmed corrections are made in the article, and its “Updated” date changes.
- Questions about an article. If a step does not work for you, tell us your operating system or browser and what you saw. Your question may lead to a clearer article.
- Topic suggestions. Tell us what you searched for and could not find a clear answer to.
- Accessibility. Report anything that makes the site hard to read or navigate, including with a screen reader.
- Privacy requests. To ask about personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
- Partnerships and advertising. We do not sell paid mentions, links or reviews. See the Editorial Policy.
When to expect an answer
We usually reply within three working days. We write in English or Ukrainian. We cannot provide personal technical support for your device, and we will never ask for your passwords, recovery codes or remote access to your computer. If someone claiming to be from Versuss asks for these, it is not us.
